Before Johnny Depp became the renowned actor he's known as today, he harboured dreams of becoming a guitar hero. Now, Johnny lives his dream, toting his Duesenberg Alliance Johnny Depp Signature as part of the supergroup, Hollywood Vampires, whose other members include the likes of Alice Cooper and Joe Perry from Aerosmith. Following up on the insane success of the first limited run of Depp's signature six-string, the Alliance Aluminium Top Plate electric guitar is now a regular addition to the Duesenberg line-up. This is no regular guitar though. Besides the unique aluminium top, this model comes decked out in exclusive artwork based on Johnny's tattoos.

The Duesenberg Alliance Johnny Depp: Chambered body, Duesenberg Hardware and a JD-63 Pickup

The alder body of this one-off guitar has been chambered to bring the weight down and improve comfort. Every piece of hardware has also been supplied by Duesenberg, guaranteeing maximum stability alongside a masterful build. Add on the single JD-63 pickup, the single volume pot and the coil-split switch and you're looking at a solid, stripped-back workhorse. The pickup even features throwback 1963 winding (simply because, that's the year Johnny was born), giving the Alliance Signature some sweet and vintage, single-coil tone with a little extra gain and warmth.
